For more than two years, the Pilar Community College (PiCC ) has been committed to empowering the youth through quality education and training which has equipped them with necessary tools and education towards becoming future-ready citizens not just of the Municipality of Pilar, Sorsogon but of the Bicol Region.

As the Newly Elected Mayor of the Municipality of Pilar, Sorsogon and at the same time chairperson of the Board of Trustees of PiCC, I take immense pride and honor in how PiCC surmounted enormous challenges towards providing our students with the best education that they deserve. Indeed, our journey stands as a testament of our unwavering belief that education is a powerful catalyst for change and development and the establishment of Pilar Community College truly serves as a beacon of vision full of hope for our youth and offering them better access to success through quality education.

As your Local Chief Executive, I am thrilled to witness this Vision and Mission of every Pilareno become a reality.
