BFP AWARENESS SEMINAR

    We are happy to announce that Pilar Community College has entered a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Science and Technology Regional Office V to bring STARBOOKS (Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks) to our institution.
    STARBOOKS is the first digital Science library-in-a-box in the Philippines. It gives access to thousands of digitalized Science and Technology resources even without an internet connection.
    Pilar Community College is committed to enhancing the knowledge of the students. While at school, STARBOOKS may be accessed by the students from 8:00AM-8:00 PM in the school library.
