ENROLLMENT ADVISORY!!!
A.Y. 2024-2025 2nd SEMESTER ENROLLMENT FOR CONTINUING PiCC STUDENTS!
REQUIREMENTS:
– Accomplished Enrollment Form
– Duly Signed Clearance ( 1st Sem )
– Enrollment Fee/Initial Payment of P780.00
ONSITE ENROLLMENT
1. Accomplish the Enrollment Form from the Registrar’s Office.
2. Submit/present your duly signed clearance ( 1st Sem ).
3. Wait for your Assessment of Fees.
4. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment.
5. Return to the Registrar’s Office and present your Official Receipt for your Certificate of Registration and Class Schedule.
ONLINE ENROLLMENT
1. Open the Enrollment Form via google form/link https://forms.gle/yT874QuXCP4Y7GHV9
2. Accomplish the Enrollment Form properly and completely.
3. Attach a copy of your 1st Sem Duly Signed Clearance and submit the form.
4. Wait for an email of your Assessment of Fees.
5. Download and print a copy of your Assessment of Fees.
6. Bring your printed Assessment of Fees and pay the Enrollment Fee at the Cashier’s Office.
7. After payment, proceed to the Registrar’s Office and present your Official Receipt for your Certificate of Registration and Class Schedule.
