FOR WALK-IN APPLICANT
- The student-applicant may proceed directly to the admission office to fill-out the application form.
- The student-applicant must attach a 2×2 picture with a white background.
- The student-applicant will proceed to the Cashier’s Office to pay the College entrance
- After paying the Admission Testing Fee, the student-applicant must proceed to the Guidance Office to get an Examination Permit and Examination Schedule.
- The student-applicant must take the entrance examination on the scheduled date.
- He/She must present the Examination Permit with the photos issued by the Guidance Counselor.
FOR ONLINE APPLICANT
- Student may go online and visit this PILAR COMMUNITY COLLEGE ADMISSION FORM
- He/She should fill-out and download the application form.
- The student-applicant will receive a confirmation number via email once the application was successfully registered.
- The student-applicant goes to the admission office and present the confirmation number or code for the issuance of the confirmation slip.
- The student-applicant presents the confirmation slip to the Cashier’s Office and pay the required testing fee.
- The student-applicant must present the receipt and confirmation slip to the Guidance Counselor for the issuance of admission permit and schedule.
- The applicant presents the examination permit issued by the Guidance Counselor on the date of the examination and take the PiCCAT.
PiCCAT REQUIREMENTS
1. Dully filled out and signed PiCC Admission Form
2. Original and Photocopy of FORM 138 (Report Card) or Certification from the principal indicating the student is part of the Senior High School graduating class of S.Y 2023-2024
3. For ALS GRADUATE Original and photocopy of Certificate of Rating must indicate ” Eligible for College Admission”
4. Certificate of Rating (ALS Passers) – MUST indicate “Eligible for College Admission”
5. Two (2) pcs 2″x2″ ID picture (colored with white background)
6. Admission Fee of 100.00
The basic requirement for eligibility for admission to Pilar Community College ( PiCC ) collegiate program shall be graduation from a secondary level program recognized by the Department of Education. In the selection process, the first consideration shall be given to the genuineness of records submitted and good moral character presented by the enrollee.
PiCC reserves the right to decline an applicant who fails to meet the required qualifications set by Pilar Community College. All students are required to be enrolled prior to the opening of classes.
